Cold reads can be the actor's nightmare. Come learn how to free your body and mind through improvisation, impulse and technique to kill your next cold read audition! Work with others to learn how to fight through being handed a side 3 minutes before you go into a room and many other obstacles all actors fight through at auditions. 

Andy Baldwin trained on Broadway at New York's Circle In The Square Theatre Conservatory. He is back for his 3rd Master Class at Stage West, where he has also been a part of several fantastic productions like The Pillowman, Johnny Guitar, Nice People Dancing To Good Country Music and The Real Thing!  Andy just completed his 5th consecutive season directing at Theatre Arlington, where he staged the critically acclaimed sell-out Noises Off. Other critical successes at TA include RENT, 39 Steps, Tale Of The Allergist's Wife, and Corpse. In 2009 Andy was named as a top director by the DFW Critic's Forum Awards for his work on Musical Comedy Murder's of 1940 at TA.  Mr. Baldwin has worked all over the metroplex including Water Tower Theatre, Stage West, Theatre Three, Circle Theatre, Lyric Stage, Theatre Arlington, Broken Gears Project Theatre, and Casa Mañana.  From 2002-2009 Andy performed in over 65 productions as a Resident Actor for Casa Mañana.  Mr. Baldwin is a proud, 10 year member of Actor's Equity Association.  Andy recently reprised his critically acclaimed performance as Robert in Boeing Boeing! at Water Tower.  Other award winning roles include Duke in Trailer Park: The Musical, Lenck in Bach at Leipzig, and Ethan in The Full Monty.
