1. Where is Stage West, and how do I get there?
Stage West is at 821 W. Vickery Blvd. (offices at 823 W. Vickery Blvd.), between the Hospital District and downtown. For directions and a map, click the Directions link at the top of the page.
2. Do you have a fax number?
Yes, it's 817-348-8392.
3. Where can we park when we come?
Parking is available in front of our building and the adjacent buildings (please do not block the loading door driveway, and do not park in the drive between our building and 809 Vickery). Additional parking is along the street across from the theatre.
4. Do we have to have reservations?
Not always, though we do recommend it. Call the Box Office, and they can tell you whether it's likely to be safe to just come.
5. Can we reserve online?
Yes. There is a link for online reservations both on the Home Page and on Tickets.
6. What are our dinner options when we come?
We have food service available before all shows, and it's a very popular option. Service starts an hour and a half prior to curtain. Reservations are necessary; we purchase food according to our reservations so as to offer only the freshest ingredients, and we also need to have enough wait staff on hand. However, those not reserving for full food service may purchase drinks, desserts, and assorted other things from the bar. You can find menu information at the Ol' Vic Cafe links on our Home Page.
There are also quite a few excellent dining options available in the area, on Magnolia Street and downtown.
7. How do we know when auditions will be?
We always send audition information to the newspapers and to organizations such as S.T.A.G.E., and audition notices are posted here under About Stage West/Auditions. Auditions are usually on Sunday and Monday evenings, with callbacks as needed.
8. Can you just show up for auditions?
No, auditions are by appointment only. We take appointments in one-hour blocks on either of the audition dates. Call the Box Office for an appointment (see the Auditions page, in the About Stage West drop-down menu).
