Smoked salmon, avocado, thin-sliced red onions and imported Danish feta marinated in olive oil, herbs and spices atop a bed of spring greens tossed with a delicate white balsamic vinaigrette and accompanied by lavosh.

Roqefort cheese, fresh pear slices, avocado and candied pecans accompany slices of herb crusted chicken breast on top of spring greens with a light red wine plum vinaigrette dressing.
