STREAMING:

When will it be live streaming?
February 23 - March 13: Tuesday at 7:30PM CST, Wednesday at 7:30PM CST, Thursdays at 7:30PM CST, Fridays and Saturdays at 8:00PM CST, and Sundays at 3PM CST
March 14 - March 21: Thursday at 7:30PM CDT, Friday and Saturday at 8:00PM CDT, and Sundays at 3:00PM CDT

How do I stream it? A link to the live virtual show will be emailed to you 1-hour before the start of the performance you select. That link will be password protected.

IMPORTANT: You should view the live virtual performance on a device that has a keyboard and camera capabilities - a computer with a camera, a tablet, a smart phone, etc. Because this performance in interactive, please keep your camera on during the performance, if possible. Keep your device muted, as you will not need to speak, but you may appear on the screen at points in the performance.

Can I share the stream with others? Please purchase a ticket for each person who will be viewing the performance. We ask that only patrons who purchase a streaming ticket have access to the stream in order to ensure the financial integrity of the system while also honoring the work of Moonrise Initiative artists.

What devices can I use to watch it? ***IMPORTANT: You should view the live virtual performance on a device that has camera capabilities and a keyboard - a computer or laptop with a camera/webcam, a tablet, a smart phone, etc. Because this performance in interactive, please keep your camera on during the performance, if possible. Keep your device muted, as you will not need to speak, but you may appear on the screen at points in the performance. You will also be asked to interact with the live chat. FUN!!!

Can I watch on my TV? You can, but it is not necessary. You can screen share to your TV from the device with a camera and keyboard - but make sure you keep the device close so that you can be in the camera frame and also access the keyboard.

My connection is poor. What do I do? We recommend being as close to your WiFi signal as possible while also disconnecting use of the internet on any other nearby devices using the same signal. It may also be useful to use an ethernet cord if you are viewing the show on a computer or laptop. 

NOTE: Be on the lookout for an e-mail THE DAY BEFORE YOUR PERFORMANCE, for some important info that will enhance your experience!!!
