Refunds and Exchanges
Ticket price is not refundable. Late-comers are seated at the discretion of the House Manager. Unclaimed seats at curtain time are subject to release to patrons on standby.
Ticket exchanges are free for subscribers, should you need to do so. Exchanges are $5 each for non-subscribers. Please contact the Box Office to exchange your ticket should the need arise.
Patrons who leave during the production may only return to seats in the side section nearest the door so as not to disturb the audience and actors. On certain productions, re-seating is at the discretion of the House Manager.
Please Note: Our productions are not suitable for young children. Children under 6 will not be allowed.
In compliance with AEA union guidelines, if a community surge forces a period of isolation or Stay-at-Home orders for residents of North Texas, or if any cast/crew member tests positive with CV-19 during production, the play will be be sent directly to ticket buyers via stream. In the event that the above events take place before the play has been filmed, a postponement or cancellation notification will be sent to all ticket buyers. A cancelation with no stream available is the only time a refund will be given for the show due to pandemic circumstances
Note to patrons
The Americans with Disabilities Act requires us to have seats available for patrons in wheelchairs, and their companions. If you reserve any of these seats, but do not have special needs, we may have to move you to other seats in order to accommodate the needs of these patrons.
All playwrights with a Dramatists Guild card may gain free admission to any play on the day-of the play. Eligible playwrights should call or visit our box office for day-of tickets. Our only requirement is that playwrights present their Dramatists Guild card to claim their ticket. Find out more at the Samuel French website.
